Application
This series of products cover the main steam, reheat, low pressure bypass, extraction steam and other water system cut off, drainage and sewage pipeline of 600MW ~ 1000MW super (super) critical units, the highest pressure class can reach Class4680SPL, meet the high parameter application requirements of super (super) critical units.
Characteristic
• Body adopts full forging process, uniform structure, beautiful appearance, no structure defects;
• The use of concave groove labyrinth sealing structure dynamic sealing principle, effectively reduce the opening and closing of instant sealing surface flow rate. At the same time, the highest velocity of opening and closing moment is transferred to the outside of the sealing face. Avoid the damage caused by the scouring of the sealing face by the high velocity of the valve at the beginning of opening, so as to prolong the service life of the valve;
• According to customer requirements, the replaceable seat structure is selected, easy to disassemble and easy to maintain, greatly reducing the online maintenance time, so as to improve the production efficiency of the power plant, reduce maintenance costs;
• Can design flow in the valve cover, valve in the open instead looking low noise, little vibration, the valve stem, valve core and so no high frequency vibration phenomenon, so as to avoid the system instability caused by local vibrations occur, at the same time, reasonable clearance design greatly reduces the valve opening and closing of valve core in the process of unbalanced force, make the valve run more smoothly;
• Driving mode can be selected: manual, electric, pneumatic, and other driving forms.
