Application
Installed ball valve in the pipeline disassembly is simple and quick, convenient maintenance. Choose different materials, can be respectively suitable for water, steam, oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, coal gas, nitric acid, acetic acid and other media. Widely used in thermal power generation, petroleum refining, long distance transport pipeline, chemical industry, paper making, pharmaceutical, water conservancy, electric power, municipal, steel and other fields.
Characteristic
• Installed ball valve in the pipeline failure to repair, do not have to remove the valve from the pipeline, just remove the flange bolts and nuts, the cover and stem assembly together from the valve body, and then take out the ball and seat assembly, simple and quick disassembly, convenient maintenance;
• Superfine spherical grinding, smooth as mirror, wear and corrosion resistance, effectively reduce opening and closing moment, prolong service life;
• The stem is built in for safe valve operation;
• With fire and anti-static structure, conductive spring is set between the valve stem and the valve body and between the valve stem and the ball to avoid flammable media ignited by static electricity to ensure the safety of the system;
• Valves are generally connected with flanged or butt welded;
• Drive mode is worm gear drive, manual, pneumatic or electric, etc.
