Application

Characteristic
• Temperature reducing and pressure reducing device mainly includes: pressure reducing system (electric/pneumatic pressure reducing control valve); Temperature reduction system (main steam pipe body, electro-pneumatic water supply control valve, throttle valve, check valve, cut-off valve); Security protection system composition;
• Using temperature reduction, decompression split valve structure, so that the steam decompression first; Then the temperature is reduced separately, which is completed in different systems. • Temperature reducing system: through the high pressure difference regulating valve, the cooling water is sprayed into the steam in the steam pipe from the nozzle in the form of mist, so that the steam temperature is reduced;
• Main steam pipe body: it is composed of steam pipe and mixing pipe. According to the parameters provided by the user, it is the main equipment of the temperature reducing and pressure reducing device. The purpose is to send the steam after temperature reducing and pressure reducing to the pipe required by the user;
• Safety protection system: in order to prevent the secondary steam pressure from exceeding the specified value and play the role of safety protection, the safety valve meeting the requirements of working conditions is selected according to different parameters;
• Thermal control system: by receiving the outlet temperature, pressure signal, after information processing, automatic adjustment.
